Why do I need an 11-month warranty inspection?

All newly constructed homes include a builder warranty that covers workmanship and material defects. Prior to the 1-year anniversary it is important to ensure that any defect under the warranty is addressed by the builder. We facilitate this process with our 11-month home warranty inspection. All too often, homeowners must pay for repairs themselves when it comes time to sell. With USA Home Inspectors, you’ll receive a detailed inspection that includes a list of specific items the builder must address along with documentation of any chromic issues.

Our valuable inspections are performed right before the one-year anniversary of your new home. If no prior inspections have been conducted, we perform a final inspection as detailed in our new construction services, along with an assessment of the following:

✔️ Review any first-year issues.

✔️ Re-inspection of defects found during final inspection.

✔️ Inspection of cosmetic items.

✔️ Review roof again.

✔️ Check for plumbing leaks.
