Keith Klinger founded USA Home Inspectors in 2018 with a commitment to thorough inspections, exceptional service, and client education. A U.S. Navy veteran and former REALTOR®, Keith brings technical expertise and an understanding of the real estate process to every inspection.

His experience spans a wide range of residential properties, including condominiums, historic homes, luxury estates, investment properties, new construction, and manufactured homes. He helps clients understand potential concerns by explaining what he observed, why it matters, and what further evaluation may be appropriate.

Sean Crane combines extensive residential inspection experience with a thorough, approachable style. A Certified Professional Inspector since 2018 and Certified Master Inspector since 2021, Sean brings careful attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service to his work throughout Southern California.

His certifications cover home inspections, mold, pools and spas, and manufactured homes. Sean evaluates each property carefully and explains his findings in terms clients can understand, helping them distinguish everyday maintenance from concerns that warrant closer attention.

Kevin Olin

Certified Professional Inspector Since 2024

Kevin Olin brings construction experience, an investigative mindset, and close attention to detail to every inspection. His early work in remodeling, finish carpentry, concrete, and underground utilities gave him practical knowledge of how homes and their components are built.

Kevin later served for 30 years as a deputy sheriff, conducting thousands of investigations while continuing to oversee construction-related projects and complete major improvements to his own homes. Following his retirement from law enforcement, he combined these experiences to pursue a career in home inspection, earning his Certified Professional Inspector credential in 2024.

Kevin enjoys helping buyers and homeowners understand what he finds. His methodical approach, clear explanations, and practical perspective help clients understand the condition of a property and which findings may warrant further attention.

Born and raised in San Diego, Dalton Otineru brings a background in the electrical trades and hospitality to his work as a home inspector. Those experiences developed his technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate comfortably with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

A Certified Professional Inspector since 2025, Dalton is committed to thorough evaluations, detailed reporting, and clear explanations. He takes pride in being dependable and approachable, helping buyers and homeowners understand the findings and feel comfortable asking questions throughout the inspection process.

Dalton believes every client deserves an honest assessment and attentive service. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, spending time at the beach, listening to music, and making memories with his family.
